GARDENIA BREAD FACTORY

Week 20 : Friday, May 18


We arrive at Gardenia at 9:30 am.




We line up at the foyer.


Let's take some photos whilst waiting for the others.


Okay, we are all here.

That's Aunty Aisyah, Gardenia Host.

At this point, we are reminded not to take any photos or video.


After the 10 minute video, we line up to visit the factory.

We are once again reminded that we are 

forbidden to take any photographs.






These are framed-up pictures on the wall. 







The factory is overwhelmingly enormous and spotlessly clean.

Our attention is drawn to a giant-sized couldron 

that holds dough weighing 1,000 kg!

This much dough is able to produce 1,400 loaves of bread!

We are also told that it takes 8 hours to make 

Gardenia bread, from start to finish.

Wahhhhhhhhhhh ....


Out of the Gallery ...

and straight on to Gardenia cafe for refreshments.



We are having waffles and milo.
