OUR FORMER STUDENT ...
Rubik Cube's Boy Genius,
Prajan Hemachandiran,
aged 7+ years old.
It all started when Prajan
did a demonstration
during our Christmas Party
2 years ago.
He solved the Rubik's Cube (3X3)
within 2 minutes or so back then.
His record is now 44 seconds.
Teacher Lynn took a whole Sunday ...
yup, about 10 hours ...
to complete the 3X3 cube.
He started the Rubik craze in Tadika Lagenda,
as well as in AlphaKidz International, USA.
Teacher Jessie took up the challenge
and encouraged her children to do the same.
Her students are older (ages 7 to 10).
We stopped at 3X3 ...
Prajan's daddy shared some videos
with us recently, of Prajan solving
the Rubik's Cube of
various stages of difficulty
from : 1X1, 2X2, (3X3), 4X4,
5X5, 6X6 and 7X7.
We have uploaded 2 of the videos.

His dad said Prajan learned
it through watching YouTube videos.
Prajan is now asking his dad
to get him an 8X8!
Wow!
It surely takes a certain kind of
genius mind set
to figure out those cubes of
varying levels of complexity.

About the same time that
we received news about Prajan,
Mostafa's mummy shared exciting
news about Mostafa too.
Mostafa Hany completed his
Grade One at Tadika Lagenda.
He started Grade Two in an
International School in Sept 2022.
At the end of the academic year
in June 2023 recently,
Mostafa's mummy shared that,
"Mostafa has been awarded
best performance in English.
Almost all assessments
he achieved full marks ... including
Best Overall Performance."
Wow!
What fantastic news!
By the way, Mostafa was the other
child who was able to solve
the 3X3 Rubik's Cube in Tadika Lagenda.
Both Mostafa and Prajan
would go everywhere
with a cube in their hands,
at one point during the Rubik's craze,
working their fingers at crazy speed,
to complete the cube each time.
All of us at Tadika Lagenda,
are so very proud of both your
achievements, Mostafa and Prajan.
