AT THE CLINIC

Demonstration.

Here are some ...

tools we might see ...

in a doctor's clinic.

Place the ...

medical tools ...

at the ...

correct ...

flashcard.

Today, our children bring their teddies

to the clinic.

Our teddies are not feeling well.

We have several ailments including cough,

stomach ache, eye infection, ear ache,

broken limb and scrapes on leg or hand.

We learn how to have a dialogue

at the clinic with the doctor,

telling the doctor what the problem is.

Our children took turns to be the doctor

(as everyone is excited to wear the

cool scrubs and white coat).

We learn how to use the stethoscope

to listen to the heart,

otoscope to check the ear

and thermometer to check for fever.

Our doctor's treatment includes prescribing

oral medicine, eye drops, ear drops,

applying bandage and plasters

and not forgetting, the injection.

Cough.

Take the medicine 3 times a day.

Broken leg.

Checking for fever.

Stomach ache.

Let's have a look.

Eye infection.

Squeeze 3 drops to the eyes twice a day.

Minor scrape.

Let's see if our lungs are clear.

Stay still. It's not going to hurt.

Ear infection.

Let's put some eye drops.

Friday Theme : Casual Smart

All our teddies are feeling much better.

Our doctors are eager to put a plaster

on their teddies.

Happy teddies all in a row.

Good job, Doctors!
