ZOOM CLASSES

It all began ...

with that first video chat with one student ...

on hand phone ...

which led to 2 students the next day ...

3 students the day after ...

then 4 the day after that ...

and 5 ... the day after that day ...

(one on one)

A ZOOM trial was proposed on (28/3).

Our 4 Pinocchio students on ZOOM trial.

Bryan said, 

"You don't have to do the same worksheet 

5 times, with 5 different children. 

Just do one time ... 

with ZOOM ...

You can do with more children that way." 

Huh? 

Zoom? 

What's that?

To cut a very long story short, 

we explored the idea of a ZOOM class 

which led us to download the app on 27/3/2020.

That led to a ZOOM trial on 28/3/2020

with 4 Pinocchio students.

The next day, 29/3/2020, 

we started our first ZOOM lesson 

with the Pinocchio class.

31/3/2020 with Donald 

and 1/4/2020 with Mickey & Bambi. 

We are humbled by the very good attendance 

and we take this opportunity to thank all our parents 

for supporting the online classes.

It has been quite a fascinating experience for us

to see our children adapt almost immediately 

to E-Learning ... 

something quite unexpected ...

as if they have been doing this all the time. 

Our children are participating very, very well, 

and are quite natural and composed before the screen.

It has been truly amazing for us to watch this

change compared to our usual classroom learning.

Even our younger ones are able to understand instructions

 and are executing worksheets quite comfortably, 

whilst the older ones suddenly look all grown up,

responsible and independent. 

One of our Bambi participant would join 

the singing session in the beginning,

disappear during worksheet time, 

and return again when he hears the ending songs. :D

(His mom leaves his zoom classes on ...

because they sound like a normal classroom, she says,

and she doesn't want him to forget what that's like.) 

Happiness is singing with our friends. :D
