Dear Diary
Despite the pandemic, we still managed to go on our field trip.
On Friday, we went to visit the Zoo by bus.
Before the bus trip, the children chose their favourite animal and built a cage for it.
It was interesting to see what kind of creation emerged from this activity.
Free creative construction by children's own imagination.
When we arrived, we visited each station.
We sang songs at each station.
See the kangaroo hop hop hopping.
See the giraffe stretch stretch stretching.
See the crocodile snap snap snapping.
See the monkey swing swing swinging.
See the walrus wibble wibble wobble.
And so on.
It was a nice day at the zoo.
We were so well-behaved we were rewarded with a gummy drop in the bus on the way back to school.
xoxo
