10. GIANT TORTOISE

This is my tortoise ...

He lives in a shell ...

He likes his home - very well ...

He pops out his head when he wants to eat ...

And pops it back in when he goes to sleep ...

22 month old Megan says,

"Tutus simmin ..." :D

(turtles swimming)

We are walking back to the bus ...

The children stop by to admire the lake and the swans ...

Taking a break ...

Strolling around ...

Now is time to say goodbye ...

Say goodbye, say goodbye ...

We leave the Farm at 2:45 pm

and arrive back in school at 3:15 pm.

What a wonderful time we had today!

Our children say,

 "Can we go again tomorrow?"

9. BIRD HOUSE

We are about to embark on a jungle walk
through the bird sanctuary.

The jungle track ...

cross the bridge and go down to the other side ...

feeding the birds ...

Here birdies ... all you can eat ...

on the bridge, overlooking the duck pond ...

admiring the scenery from the bridge ...

Our children are well-behaved and very cooperative ...

listening to the teachers ...

and following instructions ...

A peahen doesn't fan her tail.
Unlike the peacock.

Large pigeons ...

Chicken ...

White-faced whistling duck ...

Say hello to our feathered friends ...

Five little ducks went swimming one day ...

Over the hills and far away ...

Mama Duck said, "Quack Quack Quack ..."

Four little ducks came swimming back ...

Watching ducks swimming up close is
definitely a rare treat for our city children.

Before leaving the bird place, we huddled up close for a photo ...

8. BUNNY RABBITS

Our children absolutely enjoy petting rabbits
and feeding guinea pigs at the Pet Village.

Let's feed the bunnies.

This little bunny has two pink eyes ...

This little bunny is very wise ...

This little bunny is soft as silk ...

This little bunny is white as milk ...

This little bunny nibbles away ...

At carrots and green vegetables every day ...

The children are lovin' every moment at the pet village ...

There was a farmer who had a rabbit ...

and DINGO, was his name, o ...

D--I--N--G--O ...

D--I--N--G--O ...

D--I--N--G--O ...

and DINGO, was his name, o ...

7. PET VILLAGE

Is this how you carry a guinea pig?

How about this way?

Or this way?

Let's try this way ...

See how lucky you are?

You are the chosen one ...

among all your (trembling) friends.

Can we hold it like this?

No, like this ...

Careful now ...

This way is easier ...

Or maybe this way ...

If I stay really still, this little girl might leave me alone ...

No such luck ...

I'm coming back as a horse in my next life ...

Don't drop me, don't drop me ...

You see?

It's not moving ...

Yeah, that's because I'm paralyzed with fear ...

Put your hands on the bottom ... like this ...

so you don't drop it - again ...

Teacher, look ... look ...

My time is definitely up ...

Somebody save me (Smallville) ...

Two silent observers ...

"Abuse ...?"

"Totally ..."

(2 year olds)
