MARIA MONTESSORI SAYS ...

"The most important period of life

is NOT the age of university studies,

but the FIRST one,

the period from birth to the age of six.

For that is the time when man's intelligence itself,

his greatest implement, is being formed."

HELLO SANTA

Our Holiday Program ended with all the children having a jolly good time with Santa.

It was certainly heart-warming to see big happy smiles on the children's faces.

Thanks to all our wonderful "Christmas Elves" who had secretly

helped Santa in getting the presents ready.

The children are getting ready to sing a hearty and joyous

We Wish You A Merry Christmas to Santa.

Would you look at all those beautiful smiles?

The magic of Christmas ...

Santa ringing for attention

as children sit in restless anticipation

waiting for their names to be called. :D

The children are hugging their presents with absolute delight. :D

Merry Christmas, Children!

CHRISTMAS CUPCAKES

We are making Christmas cupcakes today. :D

Break 2 eggs.

Pour the cake mixture into the mixing bowl.

Add 100 ml of water.

Beat the eggs.

Add the beaten eggs into the mixture.

Add 100 g of vegetable oil.

Beat the mixture until it's smooth and creamy.

Hmmm, yellow is my favourite colour ... :D

Scoop a spoonful of creamy mixture into a cupcake holder.

Careful now ...

There ... all ready for the oven.

The black spots are chocolate chips.

We decorated this batch with rainbow stars.

Oven is set at 180 degrees celcius.

Bake for about 6 - 8 minutes.

Would you take a look at that?

Totally irresistable ...

Awww ...

Teddy's coming to tea ...

The chocoloate chip cupcakes are just as delicious.

We had the rainbow ones first ...

and then the choc chips. :D

Said a 3 year old girl whilst munching on her cupcake,

"After this, I must exercise ..."

:D :D :D

Thumbs up for our Christmas cupcakes, everyone! :D
